This year's theme is Sacred Scaling.
We're looking for people who can speak to the tension every founder eventually meets: how do you grow, in business and in impact, without leaving your soul at the door to do it? We're framing the year around two guides. Whale carries the mystery, trusting what can't be controlled or fully understood, letting the invisible parts of growth do their own work, co-creating instead of forcing. Giraffe carries the vision, the long view, seeing how your work fits into something bigger, then actually acting on it.
A few things to know before you apply: this form covers the initial application only. If you're selected, we'll follow up with a second round of questions covering your session details, headshot, and story before the Summit. Applying doesn't guarantee a spot, we read every submission closely and follow up personally either way.

Your involvement will be tailored to your expertise and preference. You may be asked to participate in:
Panels: Join a dynamic, moderated discussion with other experts.
Interview Style: Engage in a one-on-one interview format.
Short TED Talk: Deliver a 15-minute inspiring presentation.
Keynote: Lead a main session with a deeper dive into your topic.
Live Podcast: Record an episode of your podcast live at the event
Workshop: Conduct an interactive session for attendees.
Each speaker's role will be customized to ensure both a meaningful contribution to our event as well as making sure you are the most comfortable and connected to the format to deliver your content.

To make the most of this opportunity to create meaningful relationships from this Summit, we strongly encourage all speakers to attend the entire summit.

Each speaker will be required to promote the Summit with a handful of posts and/or emails to the speaker’s audience. This helps us do the thing we love most: build a village from all areas of the world and bring like-minded folks together.

Beginning in 2027, speakers step into a new role: co-presenter. You'll be marketed as a co-presenter of Soulward Summit, and in exchange, all co-presenters attend as ticketed guests at a discounted rate of $1,111.
We've seen this as more than a speaking opportunity, but an opportunity to build community and real, lasting relationships that pay off for speakers well beyond their time on stage.
Your ticket doubles as a visibility credit, which will apply toward expanded brand exposure, additional promotion; basically, opportunities designed to help you turn the experience into lasting momentum for your business.
