Full 2026 Ticket Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a ticket to attend Soulward Summit 2026 and/or the optional VIP retreat held during and after the Summit (all together referred to as the “Event”), an event that includes a business conference  and optional VIP retreat, all hosted by Scorpiaries, LLC d/b/a Soulward Summit (“Company” or “us”) at various buildings in Nashville, Tennessee (collectively referred to as the “Venue”), you agree to and are bound by the terms and conditions stated below (the “Terms”).

1. PAYMENT, REFUNDS AND TRANSFERS. Tickets for the Event are nonrefundable except as specifically stated in these Terms. If you experience extenuating circumstances that make you unable to attend the Event, you must contact Company in writing, via email, and provide documentation regarding those extenuating circumstances. It will be in Company’s discretion whether to issue a refund (less payment processing or service fees), a credit for a future event, or other creative solution. Given the value of the digital programming included with your 2026 ticket, the maximum refund and/or credit value will be 50% of your ticket price. Tickets are non-transferable from person to person without our approval.

Resale of your ticket in violation of these Terms will immediately invalidate the license granted by your ticket purchase.

Special Terms Applicable to Payment Plans. If you elect to pay for admission via a payment plan, you authorize us to automatically charge your submitted payment method on a recurring basis until the balance is paid in full. You also acknowledge that you will not be admitted to the Event or the digital community unless you are paid in full. Payments not made within seven (7) days of the date on which any portion is due are considered overdue and may result in your exclusion from the Event and/or the digital community, and/or ultimate termination of this Agreement, and you will receive no refund for payments made until that termination date.

2. EVENT CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING. The Event is subject to cancellation or rescheduling for any and all reasons, including, but not limited to, acts of God, fire, explosion, vandalism, storm or other similar occurrence, orders or acts of military or civil authority, or by national emergencies, insurrections, riots, or wars, and pandemic, uncontrollable, and/or imminent spread of contagious disease. If the Event is cancelled, you will have the option of attending the rescheduled event or submitting a refund request to soulwardsummit@gmail.com.

3. TERMINATION OF THE LICENSE GRANTED BY THESE TERMS. Immediate grounds for termination of this license (and your attendance at the Event) include, but are not limited to engaging in any of the following before or during the Event:

·      Aggressive sales tactics 

·      Harassment of attendees, vendors, or anyone else present at the Event 

·      Making comments or engaging in conduct that is derogatory, hostile, harassing, or otherwise objectionable to the ordinary, reasonable person

·      Engaging in comments or conduct that is disorderly or the obvious result of intoxication or similar impairment

·      Failing to follow instructions provided at or during the Event; or

·      Disrupting the ordinary enjoyment of the Event by any other individuals present 

(all of the above determined in the sole and exclusive judgment of Company and its agents).

4. MEDIA RELEASE. You irrevocably grant a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual right and license to Company to capture and use your image, photograph, likeness, and voice (the “Property”) as it appears in and/or in connection with your attendance at the Event. Company may use and authorize others to use the Property for Company’s and those third parties (i.e. speakers’ and vendors’) own publicity and promotional purposes online, on social media, on the Company and Event websites, and in connection with future events, whether done in print or online.

5. WAIVER. Your attendance at the Event is completely voluntary and, although unlikely, may result in personal or bodily injury or personal property theft. By attending the Event and/or participating in activities that may affect your physical body or mental state, you acknowledge and assume all associated risks before, during, and after the Event, whether outside or within the Venue. You must disengage in any activity that causes discomfort or pain and assume full responsibility for knowing your mental and physical limits. You further acknowledge that Company will not be responsible for any personal injury (including unlikely death), discomfort, property damage, or other loss suffered as a result of your attendance at the Event, and you (on behalf of yourself and your heirs and assigns) fully and forever release Company for any and all claims, including, but not limited to, right of publicity, negligence, wrongful death, and any and all other claims (referred to as “Claims”) incurred or alleged by you that are in any way connected to the Event. You will indemnify and hold Company harmless from any and all Claims, including attorneys’ fees and costs, arising out of or related in any way to the Event and/or your attendance at or participation in the Event.

6. SPEAKERS AND LOCATION(S) NOT GUARANTEED. You understand and acknowledge that advertised speaker lineup and venue(s) are not guaranteed, as last-minute changes may be necessary depending on outside circumstances. 

7. CONSEQUENCES OF VIOLATING THESE TERMS. Note: Your ticket is a revocable license! If you are found to violate these Terms and/or any of Company’s posted notices or policies at the Event, the license granted by your ticket to the Event will be immediately terminated, you may be asked to leave the Event and/or escorted out of the Venue, and you will not be issued a refund of any portion of the purchase price of your ticket. 

8. GOVERNING LAW. Attendance at the Event subjects you to the laws of the state of Tennessee, which is the only law that will apply to the interpretation of these Terms. Any lawsuit or claim regarding  the Event or these terms and conditions must be brought in Nashville, TN. 

9. MISCELLANEOUS. If any term or provision above is determined by a proper court to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability will not affect the remaining Terms, which will continue to be in full effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Company, superseding and replacing any prior or contemporaneous conversations, documentation, or agreements regarding the Event, and cannot be modified except in a written document, signed by you and Company.  Regardless of the previous sentence, your admission to the digital community is dependent on your agreement to additional terms and conditions at sign-up.
