Kelsey Lettko

My work began in 2016 after my yoga teacher training when I realized the path in life I’d been on was leading me towards a life that didn’t feel like mine.

From the outside my life looked successful and stable, but something felt deeply off. I was waking up to the uncomfortable truth that my life wasn’t fully authentic to who I was, and definitely not to who I was becoming. That moment marked the beginning of a long season of redesign all centered around a promise I made to myself: take it all apart, and only rebuild if it’s an intuitive yes.

During this time, I trained as a coach and over the next 6 years worked with hundreds of people navigating their own moments of transition and reinvention. Again and again, I saw the same pattern: insight and strategy brought clarity, but they didn’t always create lasting change. We could name limiting beliefs, talk through patterns, and understand where they came from, yet those patterns often resurfaced under pressure. I realized I wanted to work at a deeper level where change could happen at the core of who we are, and it could happen fast.

This led me to study integrative hypnosis and deepen my work with the subconscious mind and nervous system. Today, I blend neuroscience, hypnosis, embodiment, intuitive awareness, and other practices drawn from my toolkit of mindfulness, yoga, and reiki to help founders, creatives, and soul-led leaders update the internal programming that shapes how they lead, love, receive, sell, and scale. The structures are often already in place. The strategy is sound. What’s usually left to align is the subconscious programming — the part of us that determines what actually feels safe, sustainable, and possible.

This work feels especially needed right now as more women step outside traditional systems of work and build businesses and lives on their own terms. While this is incredible, many of us were not programmed for this kind of visibility, authentic leadership, or financial expansion. We are the first generation of women who have enough resources, education, and rights to make the choice to design life and business in a way that supports who we truly are. Yet, we don’t have a subconscious model for it. Therefore, we have to create it ourselves.

My work supports that internal elevation so success can unfold in a way that feels grounded, aligned, and deeply authentic. When your subconscious programming backs up the life and business you’re building, effort softens, self-trust deepens, and success isn’t only possible — it’s inevitable.
