Karli McNeill is the founder of Starshine Lightwork, where she helps high-capacity humans build sustainable inner worlds. With a background leading high-pressure corporate environments in the energy sector, she now works as an energy engineer of a different kind—guiding people back to steadiness through nervous system education, breathwork, reiki, and ritual inspired by ancient Mesoamerican traditions. A mother, neurodivergent woman navigating chronic illness, and recovering perfectionist, Karli brings lived experience to her work. She teaches that regulation is power—and that ambition doesn’t have to come at the expense of your body.
