OFFICIAL GIVEAWAY RULES

The following rules (the “Rules”) govern the giveaway run by Scorpiaries, LLC d/b/a Soulward Summit (“Company”) in conjunction with  The November 2025 Giveaway by Soulward Summit (referred to in these Rules as the “Giveaway” or “Promo”).

1. HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Giveaway, you must follow @soulwardsummit on Instagram and tag a friend on the following social media post: The Instagram reel posted by Soulward Summit on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, featuring the text "GIVEAWAY" (the “Promo Post”). More tags constitute more entries. You may share the Promo Post to your stories for an additional entry but you must a) tag @soulwardsummit and b) use the hashtag #soulwardgiveaway in order for it to count. (If your account is private, you acknowledge that we may not see and count this entry!)

Entries must be submitted properly no later than August 19, 2024, Midnight, Central Time. Multiple Entries are permitted as described in these rules. Failure to adhere to the Rules will make your Entry ineligible for winning the Giveaway.

2. ELIGIBILITY: You must be, at the time you enter the Giveaway: a) a resident of the United States, or the District of Columbia; and b) 18 years of age or older. Family members or employees of Scorpiaries, LLC d/b/a Soulward Summit, and any other organizations affiliated with the sponsorship, fulfillment, administration, prize support, advertisement, or promotion of the Giveaway — and/or their respective agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and members of their immediate families or persons residing at the same address — are not eligible. Proof of eligibility may be required (and will be kept confidential).

3. PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize (the “Prize”) will be awarded in the Giveaway, consisting of One (1) ticket to Soulward Summit 2026). The Prize will be given to the winner in the form of a 100% off coupon code. (total value of the Prize: approx. One Thousand, One Hundred and Eleven Dollars ($1,111 USD)). The prize is non-transferable to another individual and non-redeemable for cash value.

4. WINNER SELECTION: On November 29, 2025, Company will notify the Prize winner (the “Winner”),  who will be chosen at random. Company will announce the Winner within Two (2) days of establishing the Winner. Winner will be notified via direct message on the social media platform where the Promo is running. Company will make 2 attempts to contact Winner, and Winner must respond within One (1) day of the second attempt, or else Winner forfeits the Prize. Company will then contact a runner-up chosen in the same manner described above and the same process for contacting the Winner will apply.

5. MORE LEGAL STUFF: Submission of an Entry constitutes your agreement to release, indemnify and hold harmless Company and Instagram/Meta, from and against any claim or liability arising from the Contest or its operation, or arising from Company’s use of your Entry.

This Giveaway is conducted from state of Tennessee and the laws of that jurisdiction will apply to the interpretation of these Rules. All disputes arising under or related to these Rules or the Giveaway or Prize must be settled in a court of competent jurisdiction in (or, if no such forum exists, as close as possible to) Nashville, Davidson County, Tennessee. Winner is responsible for any and all taxes derived from and/or through the Giveaway on his or her winnings, if applicable.
